Duties
Many tournaments ask teams to help officiate matches they are not playing in - running the line, keeping score, or acting as assistant referee. The Duties tab is where your delegation’s assignments appear.
Duties also appear in your Schedule alongside your matches, so you can see your whole day in one place. This tab is the view for when you only care about duties.
Confirmed and possible
Section titled “Confirmed and possible”Duties come in two groups, and the difference matters.
Confirmed
Section titled “Confirmed”These are fixed. Your team is assigned to that match, and the assignment is not going to change on its own. Treat these as commitments.
Possible
Section titled “Possible”These depend on results that have not happened yet. A tournament might assign a duty to whoever finishes fourth in Group A - until the group is decided, every team that could finish fourth sees it as possible.
Each possible duty shows the condition attached to it, so you can judge how likely it is.
When there is nothing here
Section titled “When there is nothing here”An empty Duties tab means no duties have been assigned to your team yet. Plenty of tournaments never assign any at all. If you were expecting one, your organizer is the one who assigns them.
